II ADMISSION PROCEDURE
a) The School is co-educational in nature and caters for students of Nursery, LKG and UKG. The academic year of the school commences on 01 Apr every year and ends on 31 Mar of the following year. Admission forms are issued from February every year and admission procedure begins is March.
b) The student desirous of admission in Nursery must have attained the age of three years and should not have exceeded the age of four years as on 31 Mar of the year in which admission is being sought.
c) The student desirous of admission in Lower KG, must have attained the age of four years and should not have exceeded the age of five years as on 31 Mar of the year in which admission is being sought.
d) The student desirous of admission in Upper KG, must have attained the age of five years and should not have exceeded the age of six years as on 31 Mar of the year in which admission is being sought.
e) Fees are to be paid on quarterly basis and the fee structure may be reviewed as and when considered necessary.
f) All applications for admission are to be submitted to the Headmistress, Naval KG, on a prescribed form which can be downloaded from the school website (https://nkggoa.in/). The forms are also available with the school office. Original Birth certificate will be returned immediately after verification.
g) At the time of admission, the following documents are required:
a) Parents desirous of withdrawing their ward from school, are to apply 30 days prior to the date of withdrawal, on the prescribed form for issue of Transfer Certificate, which can be downloaded from the school website (https://nkggoa.in/) and submit to the school office.
IV WORKING HOURS & HOLIDAYS
a) The school will function from Monday to Friday and hours of class attendance will be 0830 hrs to 1230 hrs. There will be no classes on Saturdays, Sundays, Gazetted/Declared Holidays.
b) Summer vacations will be in the month of May & June for a period of approx 50 days.
c) Autumn break and Winter break will be for approx. 10 days each.

Admissions for service personnel.
1. Click the button below to download the 3-page form. 2. Fill the form manually, scan the duly filled form (along with the birth certificate copy) and email it to nkggoa@gmail.com 3. After scrutinizing the form, if your ward is eligible for admission, School ill forward the fee details in the same mail. Fees should be paid within two days of receiving the mail. Fee payment mode is NEFT (Details will be given in the mail). 4. Once the receipt of payment is confirmed, School will allot admission number and class.
